Oiler quarterback Mark Kulinski (left) completed 24-41
passes for 239 yards, with two touchdowns to receiver
Dallas Williams (above).  The score was tied in the third
quarter after the second Dallas Williams TD catch. A
fumble by the Oilers led to a NE field goal, giving the
Grapepickers a 17-14 lead. A touchdown run by NE's Jim
Bailey and the extra point finished the scoring, with Oil City
down 24-14.
